Walls, Borders, and Boundaries - a Necessity in
a "Cancel Culture" Society
We exited the Three Weeks between 17 Tammuz and 9th of Av, the time and cycle of destruction, and are now in the 52-day period that Nehemiah and Ezra repaired the breaches in the wall so Jerusalem.
There are many different Hebrew names for walls, and each definition teaches us a different dynamic. Learning how the walls of Ancient Biblical Jerusalem were restored will help us with establishing our own healthy boundaries.
In a "cancel culture" world where all borders and boundaries are disregarded, we have to make a serious soul effort to fight for our own boundaries and that of G-d's world. G-d's Laws of the world, nature and creation, just like the walls, keep us safe and secure.
