Rosh Chodesh Tov to all!
Note that Nimrod headed the building of the Tower of Bavel, leading the "one world order" in the ancient world. Tevet marks the darkest month in the year where anger runs rampant. And so Hashem in His wisdom provided the light of Abraham to enter in the darkest hour, ultimately toppling Nimrod's reign.
Moreover, we are still fighting the ongoing false Hellenistic Greek light vs the Hanukkah light, decorating pagan trees while shunning the Tree of Life, represented by the Menorah, and the narrative of god becoming man (as seen in the nemesis of the Hanukkah story - Antiochus Epiphanes - "god made manifest").
